It is with great sadness that we announce the departure

from this life of Fr David, who went to The Lord at

around 3pm on Friday 23rd November. Fr David’s body

will be received into the Shrine Church at 4pm on

Tuesday 18th December, and later there will be an EF

(Latin) Requiem Mass here at 7.30pm – celebrated by

Fr David’s son, Fr Matthew.

On the following day, Wednesday 19th December, the

Funeral Mass itself will be celebrated in Arundel

Cathedral at 11am by Bishop Richard, with priests of

the diocese. This will be followed by a Funeral

Reception in the Cathedral Centre.
